The European Association of Service-Learning in Higher Education and Rotterdam School of Management organized the 5th European Conference on Service-Learning in Higher Education on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 October 2022. Topic of the conference was Service-Learning for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The SLIDE consortium participated in the conference with three contributions on the SLIDE project:

1. The SLIDE project

Consortium members Kaat Somers (UCSIA), Prof. Rolf Laven (PH Wien), Prof. Maria Cinque (LUMSA) and Prof. Nives Mikelic Preradovic (UNIZG) presented an overview of the SLIDE project, its goals and aimed outputs.

2. SL&DE Manifesto

During this presentation, the Service-Learning and Digital Empowerment Manifesto was presented for the first time by consortium members Ivo Geers (EUR), Florentine Paudel (PH Wien), Irene Culcasi (LUMSA) and Prof. Alzbeta Brozmanová Gregorová (MBU).

3. (Virtual) spaces as opportunities to establish service-learning at the national/local level

Consortium members Prof. Rolf Laven, Prof. Wolfgang Weinlich, Dr. Florentine Paudel and Ursula Medicus from PH Wien presented the online world café method within their presentation.
