On 20 and 21 October 2022, the second meeting of the Erasmus+ project SLIDE took place at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. The acting president of FRA UAS, Prof. René Thiele, welcomed the international colleagues and gave an insight into the commitment of his university. Prof. Susanne Koch (FRA UAS SCOPE), Dr. Carmen Heckmann and Dr. Ina Machura from Goethe University were also present.

Over a day and a half of intensive work took place. There were insights into the status of Project Result 2 (Digital Empowerment: training program for higher education teachers, trainers and educational leaders) and Project Result 6 (Virtual European Hub for Service-Learning and Digital Empowerment).

For Project Result 1 the final ‘Service-Learning and Digital Empowerment Manifesto’ with a plan for dissemination was presented. On the second day of the meeting, the needs of stakeholders of the SLIDE project were identified and presented in a workshop. Our colleagues from Vienna presented their plans for next year’s Online World Café for Project Result 3.

A guided tour of historical and contemporary Frankfurt followed by dinner rounded off the programme.
